Hi there!  My name is Amy and I have been a Wedding and Event planner for a little over 6 years.  In this space you will find all my tips, tricks and advice for organizing your life, just like an event planner.  

 

I have always been a very organized person, but when I started doing weddings, my organizational habits got kicked into high gear.  After all, you're playing with someone's most important day.  You can't risk being unprepared.  

 

These organizational skills I learned as an event planner started overflowing into my daily life.  When I travel.  When I put together my home.  When I throw a party.  At first it may seem getting organized is more work, as my charming (sarcasm?) husband always says, why can't we just wing it?  I always tell him he married the wrong girl for that!  When I am organized and prepared, I am less stressed.  If you want to figure out how to tackle every day tasks or big events, like the vacation of a lifetime, and be less stressed while doing it, then you have come to the right place!
